Provencial Crab Dip

A fantastic old world hors
d'oeuvre from the Toulouse (near the Spanish) region in southwestern
France
ingredients:
2 Le Petit Francais frozen baguettes
1/2 cup mayonaise
2 green onions
1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
1 - 6oz can of crab meat
To Prepare
Chop green onions approximately 1/8" thick, mix all ingredients to
spreading consistency. Serve chilled in a bowl with sliced baguettes as
appetizer.
Alternative: Can be served hot, put crab dip on the sliced baguettes
and broil to a golden brown.
